Where am I based and how far will I travel?

I have a home studio in Sellindge, Kent and will travel anywhere in the UK and internationally.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable booking fee of £100 for Bridal and £20 for Occasion/Lessons is needed to secure your date.

Do you recommend a trial?

I recommend having a trial around 2 months before your wedding date, I am availble to do additional trials if required.

How does payment work?

Trials must be paid for in full on the date of the trial, I accept bank transfer or cash.

For Bridal, Occasions and Lessons the remaining balance must be paid by;

Bank Transfer- paid in full the day before your wedding or on the day for Occasion and Lesson services.

Cash- paid in full on the day of your service.

Invoices can be suppled on request.

Travel expense

The client will cover any necessary accommodation and travel expenses which includes parking charges/restrictions and petrol. This will be shown in your quote.

Changes to your original booking

Any changes created last minute must be paid on the morning of the wedding. 

If you are changing the location of your wedding a new quote will be generated taking travel expense in consideration.

Cancellation by the client

You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. Please note that the following charges will apply:

• Loss of your non-refundable booking fee

Should you wish to move your wedding date, one complimentary date change will be offered for a new date. If I am unavailable for the new date the following charges will apply:

Cancellation by Emily

In the event that I am unable to attend your booking due to illness, injury, personal emergency or a circumstance beyond my control, I will do my upmost to source a replacement artist. However, this cannot be guaranteed and if I am unable to find a replacement artist, you will receive a full refund including booking fee, less any trial costs already paid for. 

• I reserve the right to refuse / cancel a booking if payment is not received, incorrect information is given by the client at the time of booking, contact cannot be made, or, if a booking fee has not been paid in order to reserve a date.

Bridal party size

Depending on the size of your bridal party, it may be necassary for me to source another artist. This is subject to an additional artist charge and will be shown on your quote.
